Our Team
Our physicians are highly specialized ophthalmo-surgeons who together offer the complete spectrum of diagnostic and surgical care. They are supported by a team of 13 qualified technicians and nurses.
Minir Asani, MD
received his professional training in the former Yugoslavia, in Germany und int the United States. Since 1988 he has been practicing ophthalmology, since 2000 in his private practice in Lünen near Dortmund. Dr. Asani is a member of several national and the following internation professional organizations:
- AAO American Academy of Ophthalmology
- ESCRS (European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery)
- ASCRS (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery)
 Tamer Tandogan, MD
Born in Turkey, Dr. Tandogan studied medicine at the Universitiy of Ankara, Turkey. He received his residency training in ophthalmology at the University Heidelberg in Mannheim.
From 1996-2002, Dr. Tandogan worked as an ophthalmic surgeon at the Eye Clinic Tausendfensterhaus in Duisburg. In 2003, he became a consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon for the Trent Ophthalmic Project in Great Britain. During his carreer, Dr. Tandogan himself performed over 21.000 eye surgeries including cataract, glaucoma, phakic lens implantation, and refractive eye laser procedures. Since April 2004, Dr. Tandogan has been practicing at the Eye Clinic in Lünen near Dortmund. He is a member of several national and the following internation professional organizations:

- ASCRS (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery)
- ISRS (International Society of Refractive Surgery)
